I fell in love this August, with a gorgeous pup, Dash.
She is a 5 month old miniature American Sheep Dog.
Essex Day in Essex NY, is always a wonderful dog friendly event.
My portraits and I met lots of dogs with their owners, traveling from near
and far, including London, Canada and California! Great food, vendors, beautiful views of the lake.
For this warm month of August, I'm hanging out in the Adirondack Mountains on Lake Champlain. My home is this amazing camp, with the perfect artist studio! This happy camper is getting geared up for September! Yes, I can see the lake from the porch/studio!

NCSPCA is the only SPCA animal shelter Essex County and is a no-kill shelter that provides refuge to over 400 dogs and cats each year.
The Open House begins at 10 a.m. on Aug. 11 and continues through 3 p.m. Pet services are available at the shelter from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
